I have always thought that dreams bring us a kind of message we should figure out, something like a personal oracle. But, when my friend told me his hypothesis that dreams are about our choice of action and what is our emotional response in such actions, I had an “aha” moment.
Try to think about dreams providing us with scenario in which we can work out our choices of action and how we feel about them. In that case our dreams could be parallel world of self discovery.

Back in 2000, a creative couple,Sabina&Ryan Nore developed a project titled Sion. It was the online city created in Flash for visitors who wanted to explore and play. It was a big success back then, becoming a feature site on NBC Giga. Then on January 1^st 2007, they launched Homdor.com, actually the second or the next version of Sion.

World of Magical Exploration

You can register for free in order to visit Homdor and when you are there you can chat with other members-visitors, or collect points for various games and discoveries. What I like in Homdor is that almost any area offers the possibility for users to contribute by helping make the city better. Sabina and Ryan Nore wanted that members of this virtual community come together using their imagination, creativity, and sense of exploration through music, magic, art and adventure. This is a creative way to take a part in shaping a world which could evolve into reality through the law of attraction. It is the hope to inspire feelings of happiness, contentment, and self gratification in those who are open an willing to experience a world which is a reflection of reality’s potential.
Being a living entity Homdor develops and grows not just through the energy and creativity of its creators, but its inhabitants” inputs too.

What is Your Real Name?

Q: As I was adopted, should I provide my name given at birth, or should I give you my name that I have got since I was adopted, in my very early age, when I was two months old?

The basic information about you comes from your birth name, because there is a reason you have got it along with your parents’ and your ancestors’ influences. But, since you have got your new name so early in your life, and that name has become your name through out your life so far, my suggestion would be to give me both these names. Your new name should be put as your current name. Knowing these aspects of your life, I would explain influences that both names have on your life and your personal growth. Introspective Game

One of writings I like very much since I have heard the first time about it during my study of literature is The Symposium, a philosophical text by Plato. It explores different approaches about Eros presented in the form of speech given by seven men. Their names are: Phaedrus, Pausanias, Eryximachus, Aristophanes, Agathon, Socrates and Alcibiades. Each of them delivered a praise of Eros during the drinking party. In vino veritas.

Plato’s Mythology

For the purpose of my writing here, only one speech is relevant, the speech of Aristophanes, famous playwright of the ancient time. Through his speech Plato presented a myth of souls who are longing to find the lost half of self in order to become a whole again. That myth doesn’t come from the Greek Mythology, but from Plato’s genius. He reveals that in the beginning there were three parents: Sun, Moon, and Earth, each producing their offspring. Men came from Sun, women from Earth and androgynies from Moon. They each had one head with two faces, looking out in the opposite directions, and double pair of arms, legs and genitalia. They were not only different from today’s humans, but they also had more power and freedom and moved with a double speed. As they wanted to compete with gods, Zeus decided to punish their arrogance by taking from them their power and their speed. He cut them in half with an idea to continue the same if they do not learn the lesson. Apollo was his right arm in this operation. He turned their face inward, gathering their all skin together with an opening in the middle to remind them to their primary state. These new creatures were lost and desperate because of this separation. When they started starving to death, Apollo, following again Zeus’s new instructions, helped them to rejoin temporarily. With his second intervention, these creatures have got an idea of rejoining with their another half in order to become the whole. Doubled women from before wanted to be with another woman, doubled men from before wanted to be with another man and the androgynous wanted to have the opposite gender. The seed of the soul mate story was planted with that mythology. This myth has got many additional details and versions over the time.

Like attracts like

Plato’s myth becomes a part of my soul mate story, but more as an explanation why we have that longing. Aside of that, I am more interested in the psychological connotations of soul mate phenomenon and what is its impact on our life for the benefits of our personal growth.

‘Like attracts like’ is one of The Universe Laws. When we love we can attract only love. I like the idea that we create soul mate with the level of our consciousness. If we have a clear image of our soul mate, as more clear to the very details this image is as more chances we have to attract such an image. The same time, as more we consider ourselves as a complete being, there is more probability to attract such him/her.

Why do we need the idea about soul mate?

When we think about soul mate we project our wishes which are mainly based only on positives especially in the youth. But, even when our fantasy wants to attract soul mate with only positives, it is not possible. We are not one-sided; our soul mate is not as well. Perfect Mr./Mrs. Soul Mate doesn’t exist. It is only our fantasy that dreams about positives. In reality, with our sub consciousness we attract our disowned parts as subconsciously we know that it is the best way to work on ourself.

It seems that thinking about soul mate is an interesting introspective game. We recognize our positives and consciously attract positives and not recognizing consciously our negatives, we subconsciously attract soul mate that have our negatives, as having ours in mirror is the best way to work them out.

It seems like the soul mate story is one of the helping synchronicities for our personal growth. It is possible that in the end effect something we consider as positives turns into the opposite and something we considered as negatives turns into the very useful positive.

Predictions

As a numerologist I receive a vast number of questions from readers. Some are personal, others are more general in nature. In the Numerology Questions column I am going to pick one question at a time and answer it.

Can You Predict The Date of Death?

When I got this question , I was surprise. Who would like to know something like that, who would think about the date of death during the time of full life expression? But, the question was there and I dived into my intuition, feelings and knowledge in order to answer it. As that question became one of the repeating questions in my work, I selected it for this blog too.

I think that our death is a kind of a mysterious contract between us and our Creator. I can imagine that it is the part of the same contract we had made with our Creator about life before coming here to live this life here and now. But, as the point is to live this life to the highest potential of our vibrations, date of death stays mysterious until the very end. Good so. Personally I do not give any credit to anyone who claims to be able to determine the date of death. Such claiming builds fear and fear can only burden you to meet your best version and possibilities. People who do this create a kind of a dangerous dependence that will divide you from your innate creativity. Instead to be active creator of your life, you become a blind follower of somebody else’s visions. One more thing. The power of our thought is the creative force given to us to create our life and the world around us in accordance to our wishes. You can learn more about it in the column called Universal Laws.
